Management Decisions, Inc. employs a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) System for data collection. ACS-Win Query program and study files provide software support. Paper-and-pencil telephone interviewing is used on certain projects.

We can send clients machine-readable data files for analyses using different statistical packages, including SPSS. The data records, laid out in ASCII format, can be conveniently appended to existing client files, usually matched through respondent I.D. numbers or phone numbers.

Hard copies of data tables, including one banner run, are also furnished. We supply a codebook (with variable columns and formats, response category values, and question locations) and frequency tables with variable labels for each sample of respondents.
